Cesar is such a good boy and is dog, cat, and kid friendly. He loves everyone and wants to play with everyone and everything! He's excitable but well behaved and cuddly too.

Cesar is neutered, crate trained, potty trained, goes well in the car and would come with a kennel, dog bed, blankets, and his food. He weighs about 70 pounds and is 3 years old.
